Letter of Authorization to receive a price quote 
Filling out a Letter of Authorization will allow us to gather your account information from PSE&G so we can provide you with a competitive quote. Click the Letter of Authorization form below, provide all the information, and either print and fax it to 888-820-1416, or e-mail the completed form using the instructions on the form. With either of these option, you must also fax a copy of your most recent electric bill to 330-315-3626.
