Contact Government Aggregation

Since 2000, Brenda Fargo has managed FirstEnergy Solutions Corp.'s Government Aggregation program. She has assisted many communities in the formation of their electric aggregation programs and is frequently in contact with the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO), regarding the implementation of aggregation programs and providing feedback that would make the programs easier for the participants.

Fargo was twice elected to Green City Council serving as both Council vice president and president. In 1998, she became the mayor of the city of Green, a community of 22,000. Her term ended at the beginning of 2000, and she is still using her government experience to assist many communities in Ohio with their aggregation efforts.
